What are your specialties?
At Ell Home Services, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of home services. We really got our start in Kitchen and Bathroom remodels but that quickly grew into a large variety of home services. These include but are not limited to exterior restorations; relocating windows and doors, rebuilding chimneys, re-siding homes, professional painting services and interior restorations; dry wall, tile, load bearing beam relocation, custom cabinetry, light fixture and appliance installation interior painting, custom furniture and all types of flooring. Â
Do you exteriors that are not part of the house?
At Ell Home Services we offer expertise in all sorts of outdoor projects as well. We have extensive experience in fencing, pathways, custom borders, xeriscapes, hardscapes, turf and sod, pergolas, patios, concrete work, enclosures, sheds and outbuildings, fire pits, outdoor kitchens and drainage issue mitigation. We also have extensive knowledge in Texas native plants, soil chemistry, irrigation and low voltage lighting.
How do you offer such a wide variety of home services?
At Ell Home Services, we not only have decades of experience in these fields within our principal departments but we also have personal relationships to businesses who are at the top of their specific fields. We refer to them as trusted affiliate companies we we can always rely on to either offer us expert advice, or who can step in and offer up their services independently. This enables us to offer a truly comprehensive suite of services. Â
What about design and permitting services?
Although we are actively developing these capabilities in house, at this point, we have a limited design capacity. We have worked with licensed engineers, architects and landscape designers in the past and will gladly offer recommendations if needed. We do have experience getting permitting done in house or with one of out affiliates. Whatever your needs, we aim to meet them.
